Why is it important?

Measuring the patient experience is part of Institute for Healthcare Improvement Triple Aim, healthcare reform and the new payment models that are being designed. It is here to stay. You will be benchmarked with your colleagues across the country. 

This is a 6-month intensive program designed for you! The program uses the power of observation, reflection and executive coaching to:

  • Increase your awareness of how you present information to your patients and their family members.

  • Demonstrate a shift in your use of patient centered rapport & communication skills.

  • Engage you in creating & implementing your own development plan.
